STATUS REGULATION OF VESSELS OWNED BY EU RESIDENTS IN THE PROCEDURE OF TEMPORARY ADMISSION TO CROATIA
On Croatian territory there is significant number of vessels temporarily imported by EU residents. After Croatian accession to the EU, EU citizens - owners of vessels registered in the EU will lose the ability to temporary import goods in the Republic of Croatia. As many of those vessel does not have the customs status of Community goods from that day on their owners have the obligation of determining the customs status of their vessels.
In order to regulate the status of these vessels special terms for putting the vessels into free circulation are offered until 31 May 2013.
