The client authorizes the assignee to carry out all or some action in the process led by the Customs Administration.<\/p>\n

Given the complexity of the customs procedure in general, especially filling in the customs declaration and submission of appropriate documentation, the required knowledge of many regulations which are applicable in the customs procedures and responsibilities arising from the submission of customs declarations, it is necessary that a customs declaration is submitted only by persons who meet the specific requirements in accordance with the Law on the conditions for representation in the customs procedure.<\/p>\n

Representation in customs procedures is carried out through authorized forwarders who have passed the certification exam.<\/p>\n

In Zagreb\u0161ped there are 80 employees at your disposal, who passed the professional exam and are licensed by the Customs Administration to act as authorized customs agents.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
