Incoterms or International Commercial terms are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) widely used in international commercial transactions for more than 60 years.
At the end of 2010. International Chamber of Commerce published a new (eighth) set of pre-defined terms - Incoterms® 2010.
